Locations: at your home or office
Most customers prefer that their computers be serviced on location rather than on a tech's workbench, so as mobile technicians, we prefer to bring our office to you. We generally serve most of Northeast Kansas as well as the Greater Kansas City Metro area.
A $15 trip charge includes service to the entire KC metro. Other locations are a $25 trip charge.
At our officeDave's Kansas City office is in the exclusive BizPerc coworking space and small business incubator. He's proud to be working with a group of entrepreneurs in Kansas City
Dave's Lawrence office is located at 4105 West 6th Street, upstairs in Suite B-6.
Our rate is $70 an hour, with a minimum of one hour (additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments) plus the trip charge. Please realize a service call time is specfically reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, we need at least four hours notice to give that time to another person. In the interest of serving all clients fairly, failure to properly notify us will usually result in our inablity to service you again.
Unless we've arranged terms, payment is expected at time of service, and we can take all credit cards via our relationship with Square.
